Refund policy
hi! We want you to be happy and will always do our best to make things right. We are also a small scrappy business so please be patient.Â
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot accept opened packages due to food safety requirements. If you are unhappy with the product, reach out and let us know so we can fix it.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thespicewell.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We ask that you cover the shipping cost for the return.Â

Damage and other issues
Please inspect your order and let us know right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If it is damaged, please send a photo of the item to info@thespicewell.com and we'll help!
Lost or missing deliveries
If the item you ordered did not show up after 5 days of its expected arrival and the address was correctly entered - let us know and we will resend it to you.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some gift sets cannot be returned - but exchanges are possible. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or promotional items.Â
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
